This Privacy Policy explains how Neo3D (the “App”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information, and how you can manage your privacy choices. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Permissions

• Camera: to capture images for generating 3D models or figurines (you can deny and still import from Photos).
• Photos: to import images and optionally save/export results.
• Sign in with Apple: for account identification and syncing if you enable account features.
• Permission labels may vary by iOS version. You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core features: generate 3D models from text/images, create figurine renders, preview and export results.
• Inference & quality improvement: process inputs as needed (e.g., resizing, cropping, denoising, prompt parsing) to produce better outputs.
• Security & abuse prevention: protect users and systems against abuse, fraud, and attacks.
• Improve the App: diagnose crashes and performance issues and enhance reliability.
• Customer support: respond to requests, issues, and privacy rights inquiries.

Face Data and Uploaded Images

Neo3D allows users to upload images for 3D model generation. Image content is entirely determined by the user and may include faces.

The app does not perform face recognition, identity verification, or biometric analysis. We do not extract facial landmarks, face geometry, or biometric identifiers.

Uploaded images are used solely for generating 3D models or figurine-style outputs. Images are processed automatically by AI and are not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling.

Images are transmitted securely to our processing server and are automatically deleted within 24 hours after generation. We do not share uploaded images with any third-party companies.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Note: If you prefer not to send content to cloud generation services, do not submit sensitive images/text. We work to protect data, but internet transmission carries inherent risks.

4. Data Retention

• We retain information only as long as needed to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.
• Inputs/outputs may be cached for a reasonable period to enable retries, downloads, or continued editing. You can request deletion by contacting us.

5. Your Rights & Choices

• Access / correction: you may contact us to access or correct certain information.
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your content and account data (if applicable).
• Withdraw permissions: you can disable Camera/Photos permissions in iOS Settings; some features may no longer work.
• Stop using the App: you may uninstall the App; to delete cloud data, please email us.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 4 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe we collected a child’s information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

• We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls).
• However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide notice in the App.
